Terms

How payments work, and what we will not ship.

  1. Before you order

    Quote currency

    Ask your supplier to quote in CNY for China and in USD for every other country.

  2. Next working day

    Supplier payment

    We pay your supplier the next working day after your payment reaches us.

  3. 2 days before arrival

    Customs duty

    Payable 2 days before your goods arrive at the Indian port.

  4. On delivery

    Port to warehouse

    Delivery charges from the port to your warehouse are paid by you.

Goods we do not accept

  • Dangerous goods: flammables, explosives, gases, corrosives and loose lithium batteries
  • Weapons, ammunition and replicas
  • Narcotics, controlled drugs and medicines without an import licence
  • Counterfeit or brand-infringing goods
  • Goods banned or restricted under Indian import policy

Other goods, including items that need BIS, WPC or FSSAI approval, are accepted at our discretion. Ask before you order.
